Have had a great experience with Roofsmith so far. We are soo appreciative of Mitch Sahadi. We would not have got through this process without him! He was literally the glue that held this whole process together while trying to make it as painless as possible for the customer. Mitch was more knowledgeable about roofing, insurance, and this whole process than any other person/company we contacted. (And trust me we got a lot of estimates before we finally found Mitch lol). Aaron inherited our job and took ownership from day one. He reviewed our contract, assessed our situation, made additional recommendations and ensured the project was completed to our satisfaction. The entire Roofsmith team, Avery, Jason, Marvin, Ben, Sean, Teresa and the rest were outstanding.
Mike was absolutely wonderful to work with! We were hit by a hail storm right before we sold our house, so we were up against a very tight timeline for a new roof and siding. Mike promised he would have it done in time despite the seemingly impossible timeline, and he delivered! I can't thank him and the whole team enough. They were honest, professional, timely, and I can't recommend them enough!!
