Thank you to The Basement Guys. David helped us from inspection to install and was here when the crew was doing the work. They got us financed with great terms and it was super easy. They were also thousands under was the other "sheisters" wanted us to commit to. Buyer beware, but these guys are real and honest.
David was great! The crew foreman was also great . His name is Dan. We had trouble for years in our basement, between seepage and bowing walls. They came in last week and resolved everything. We had other companies trying to trick us into thousands more. These guys were HONEST!
First of all, installers Derrick, Will and Johnny were the best. They are all very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly and were focused on their work and doing the best job possible. They are personable yet professional, and it was a pleasure working with them. The staff at The Basement Guys of Cleveland was communicative and easy to work with. I am pleased with the basement work that was completed and would recommend The Basement Guys of Cleveland.
