This time, I stopped by for an electrical question for a problem I was trying to solve (that I ended up causing). Bill was extremely helpful answering my questions and providing solutions. He could have simply tried to push for someone to come out and not provide any solutions but he didn’t. Really goes to show you this company genuinely cares about its customers.
