Justin P came out on time, introduced himself, walked me through possible scenarios that may be causing our issues. He took time to thoroughly explain what the issue was, gave me options, and fixed what was able to be fixed that day.

The team is drawing up an estimate for any further fix that would be an option for our issue as well. Justin gave multiple options of what we could do, and what would make the most economic sense.
