Can’t say enough good things about Patrick at Thompson Electric. Awesome dude, super helpful, showed and made sure I understood all the work done.Cannot recommend Thompson Electric and Patrick enough, he’s the man!

Attic fan installed and it vibrated the whole house plus the fan is temperature controlled but turns on when cool outside and no sun. Called about vibration and tech found no problem, still vibrates. Fan on at temperature lower than needed. Yesterday, 6/22/23 was cool with some sun. Today at 5am fan still on and temperature outside at 60. The thermostat has not been properly set. It need not turn on at these tempertures.Though installed some time ago, and one return visit, fan has never been right.James oziomekIt took but one day to reply to my complaint and one more day for a service man came to address the problem.
