Canine Karma Pet Boarding Training

“Tina is a terrific instructor and we highly recommend Canine Karma for meeting your dog training needs. We have tried pet store training classes in the past, and there is no comparison in the quality of training, the content of the material, and the results with your dog.

We have had both group and private lessons with Tina. The group lessons are good for training fundamentals, and they also provide limited/controlled exposure to other dogs (this exposure is seeing other dogs walking into class and hearing their on-going sounds...but during class there are barriers that obstruct viewing them). The private sessions were very helpful in fine-tuning training to the particular needs of our dog. Fitting in private lessons between group lessons worked well for our bratty, spoiled, and easily distracted puppy.

We completed our first set of group classes, and will do more fine-tuning in a few private lessons, then enroll her in another set of group classes for additional skills.

BTW - our dog loves going there....she gets excited in the car as we get near the facility!“

“I took a dog I had here and while I liked the service there were a couple things I didn't like.
Positives:
They make it super easy to understand how to train and give you the tools to do that at home. It really did help my puppy become a completely different dog. The group classes helped with socializing and they also do things during the class to help with that. Your dog will gain something positive from going here.
The facility is incredibly clean. I took a young puppy there and in a multi dog setting I was worried about diseases. Until I got there. It was clear they take sanitation seriously and I appreciate that.
Their extra classes are a ton of fun. We did agility. Thats not something I ever would have thought to do on my own. But it was included with what I purchased. He had so much freaking fun. It was literally the time of his life. I'm very glad I did those courses with him ans would still be doing them now if I still had him.
The negatives:
I told the trainer of a behavior my puppy did that I didn't like. He was mouthy and would bite my hands. She told me her dog did that too and she thought it was cute. That was the extent of the discussion. I went home and googled how to solve the problem.
This one is the main reason I ended up no longer going. The puppy I had was a rescue. I run an animal rescue. I had made it clear from the beginning he wasn't a personal pet and the goal was to train him to be a better member of society before his adoption. He was displaying enough issues that I was worried if I adopted him out at that point he would be returned or rehomed. I had the puppies mom, and entire litter and explained they were going to be vetted and adopted out through my animal rescue. You would think dog trainers would be floored to learn a rescue was spending an extra 400 bucks to train a puppy to set him up for success as opposed to getting rid of him problems and all. The trainer was super weird about it. It was brought up just about every session I was there. It was like she was trying to guilt trip me into keeping him. She would tell everyone how great he was and how fast he was learning then point out I wasn't keeping him. I'm really not sure what the public wants from rescues. They complain we're always full, but also do things like this. If a rescuer keeps every dog they seem to click with how do you expect them to save more? It got to the point where I felt uncomfortable enough to stop going. The puppy was adopted into a great home with a family experienced with his breed. He's been absolutely thriving since and I have been able to continue saving more dogs because of his adoption.“

A Doggie Do and Daycare Too LLC-Toledo Pet Boarding Training

“I just want to take a moment to thank Paige at A Doggie Doo Toledo for a job well done. Our last groomer recently retired and today was our first appointment with a new groomer and new location. I’m typically leary of new places but so far I’m really glad I gave a doggie doo a chance. I’m happy with my dogs results and the time frame of the service provided. I liked Paige and I will try and stick with the same groomer for all future appointments because that will allows a new relationship to build which always makes my dog more comfortable because she don't like being left anywhere. I appreciate the great service and kindness of all the staff that I came in contact with so far.“

The Balanced Canine LLC Pet Boarding Training

“I contacted the balanced canine after visiting another local dog training facility that left a bad taste in my mouth just from a consultation. The owner Ariel spent a long time on the phone with me and during my eval as well. Ariel not only spent time w my dog Gypsy , but also explaining to me what was
Causing her behavior problems. She is very knowledgeable , caring , calming , and a huge dog lover . I can tell she does this for the dogs. She is very flexible and understanding of my current situation too. The first place I went to was extremely over priced and questioned me on my decisions. I feel confident and trusting in the balanced canine. Highly highly recommend!“

“I cannot say enough good things about Carol's Pet's Pride Country Quarters. This was our second time with them and each time my dog was… let’s just say less than cooperative, and the patience, creativity, and genuine kindness they showed was incredible. They tried every approach they could think of, never once giving up or showing frustration. Even when my dog was not a willing participant, they treated both of us with nothing but understanding and compassion. You can tell they truly care about the animals they work with. A truly unique place, and one I trust. Recommend!“

Sylvania Veterinary Hospital: Wade Andrea DVM Pet Boarding Training

“We had an emergency with our 2-year-old cat, Neela, on Saturday. Our regular vet was closed, and the emergency clinic wasn’t open yet. After calling several local offices, this one was the only place willing to see us — and I’m so glad they did!

They got us in right away, and the visit was much more affordable than an emergency clinic. Dr. Emily was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything she found. She even addressed another health issue that our regular vet had never offered treatment options for. The vet tech was just as wonderful — attentive, knowledgeable, and so caring toward both Neela and us.

Because of this experience, we’re switching all of our pets’ care to this office permanently. I can’t recommend them enough!“
