I have a service puppy prospect that I’ve been struggling to owner train due to prices increasing so much from my first service dog 11 years ago (800$ to now 3,000$ just to show how much of an increase, it’s insane). In the meantime I knew I had to keep up with some sort of training even though it’s extremely difficult for me to be in public due to my PTSD. Zoom Room has been the best thing for me. And their trainers have gone above and beyond to try and help me and I finally feel that I’m going forward a little even though it’s not much. And their policies on positive reinforcement, meaning no prong, choke, or e-collars is a wonderful thing to see after many years as a veterinary technician and seeing how these things can seriously hurt your dog. So honestly there’s not enough stars I could give this Zoom Room and their trainers in particular. They have touched my heart and I would like to think I shall always remember them. Each of them is amazing in their own way and they absolutely will help you and your dog!
Zoom Room has been great for our family! We have 4 dogs all at different ages with very different personalities. So far our biggest challenge has been with our highly reactive and fearful dog, but the help that Sam and Raven have provided has made a world of difference for him (and us!). In addition to all the progress they have helped us gain with our little guy, our senior girl has discovered a new found love of Agility, our nervous adult is gaining confidence, and our puppy is learning obedience and getting great socialization. Zoom Room is a great place for both the pets and their families to learn and have a lot of fun!
We just can’t say enough about Zoom Room Toledo (Perrysburg). My 10 year old daughter longed to do more with our Cavachon so we finally checked it out and it’s one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. We love the staff; Sam, Lex, Raven, Amanda, everyone there is amazing and so welcoming. They have made my daughter feel at home as a junior handler from day 1. I’ve seen her confidence go through the roof since we started a few months ago in basic agility, and now continuing in advanced agility. My daughter (and dog) look forward to their class every week!
