“Jordan, Josh, and crew did an absolutely amazing job with our kitchen and half bath. Ours was not a standard project and involved some weirdness like adding a floor drain and replacing a 1960s breaker panel. Not to mention that I have a LOT of opinions that don't jive with what's currently in style (give me all the color! and mid-century embellishments!). They were on board and able to handle anything we threw at them. All their workers were timely and professional (maybe not if you ask our dog... but he barks at everyone). The project took a bit longer than anticipated, but that was not the fault of Adonis (and honestly, we knew going into that delays are a likely part of any big renovation). I highly recommend going to Adonis for your kitchens and baths!“

“Marcus Sebastian Renovations just concluded our master bathroom/closet remodel. Just to add some context---- In my adult lifetime I've built 5 houses from the ground up and have dealt with a lot of contractors. You will not find a more professional, honest, and skilled contractor/team than this company.

From the initial design by Marcus, to the picking out the color scheme and materials with Carolina and Marcus, to the construction manager/foreman Dmitriy ( more on him later), Artem who did much of the demolition and installation, and to the subcontractors they had build and install the awesome closet cabinets----I cannot say enough nice things about this team especially Dmitriy. I've never worked with such a professional and downright pleasant project manager who by the way is extremely competent and knowledgeable. He always kept me informed about the project, timing, and was always available for any questions and concerns. Everything was professional , well laid out and explained, on schedule, and right on budget.

Whenever you are looking for a renovation project contractor no matter how big or small the job there is always some risk as to who you choose. I can confidently say that from all my experience there is no risk with Marcus Sebastian renovations. If you are considering a renovation project to your home and going to spend your hard earned dollars you should at the very least contact this group for an estimate or better yet just go with them and save yourself a lot of hassle. Kudos to this entire team.“

“The process with Ohio Buckeye Plumbing was beyond easy. I called Monday morning and by Tuesday afternoon we had a new water heater. They are the BEST! Mike was on time, incredibly professional and kind - worked so hard and left the space better than he found it. The pricing was fair (we got two other quotes). “We used LG Roofing to replace our roof in September 2025. There were two layers of shingles and some pretty bad leaking above our fireplace. George was very attentive to our questions and concerns. He provided a quality service at a fair price. We live our new roof. Our house looks refreshed and now I don’t get nervous when it rains!“

“Over the last 3 years, Morel has transformed our landscaping and curb appeal. We started with a complete tear out and redesign of our front landscaping. That included adding a bed in front of our front entrance sidewalk and a decorative stone wall. I wanted color throughout the growing season with perennials and ornamental bushes and small trees. The landscape architect really listened to my vision and thoughts and he designed a great plan. The installers were excellent at their craft and meticulous. The second year, we had them replace 1/2 of the plantings around our patio as well as adding a stone border and landscaping lighting. The lighting really enhanced the beauty of our patio oasis. We were so pleased with the lighting that we had them back this year to add landscape and path lighting to our front yard. We are so pleased with the results. We receive many positive comments from visitors as well as from other contractors and delivery individuals. They may not be the cheapest, but their quality workmanship is worth it!“

“Was very unhappy with ABC at 1st…my kitchen was supposed been done back in may..but Holly owner of ABC found out about my kitchen not getting started since I put money down..she assigned Shannon to my project and then everything was wonderful..Shannon made sure things that needed to be done was taken care of and made sure I was happy with the work…she even let my pups out to go pee..she also notified me right away when worker couldn’t show up and would reschedule another project right away..my kitchen looks a lot better..I’m still unhappy with some of the work and job getting done later then is should have been but again which is why I didn’t give 5 *s ..Shannon deserves 5*s..Thank you Holly & Shannon!!“

Mark did an awesome job. He repaired a section of the concrete in my basement and repaired the steps and a wall in the basement as well. Mark was very personable and knowledgeable. “We had a large remodel done by Kaye construction. They are very professional, hard working and honest. Our home is beautiful. We have a gorgeous new kitchen, new flooring and carpet, painting throughout our house, an updated bathroom and the most amazing new staircase. Everyone who works for them is top-notch. Dan, Chris and Gary were excellent at every phase of the job. Demo, drywall, building, installing and every tiny detail imaginable. On time, courteous and just down right great people to work with. If you have ANY concerns at all, they will address it until you are happy with the results. Every other professional that they worked with was great as well. “Hi - Used for bathroom updates. Would highly recommend. They did 2 bathrooms for us. Actually took over from a prior contractor who could not get going no matter how much we tried. So they did one bathroom using cabinets and fixtures from someone else and then a second bath they did entirely. This is why I would recommend - they do seem to be be better at communication, follow up plus doing little extras on getting the project done. Frank put up with our various requests and details; Tracy zooms around town to meet at contractors. But I think the communication is the key. I have worked with other contractors and you never hear what is happening or when. Yes I know they have a management fee but look you want the project done, you want to understand what is going on and you want the contractor to respond to your requests. Once you are into the project you don't notice the fee; you get excited about getting the work done. Also I think the family involvement is good because both Frank and Tracy run the business. So consider them for your next project to get it done in a reasonable time period with a quality outcome.“

“I would have given Mike and his crew ten stars if possible. We hired Mike to finish the basement and redo the stairway of our new home. One of the best decisions we have ever made. Mike is a true craftsman along with being a true gentleman (as was his entire crew). I had never met Mike prior to my wife and I hiring him to transform our basement. The workmanship was nothing less than perfect. Combine this with honesty, politeness and an expert in his craft, I really don't think you will find anyone better. We have hade numerous homes and had a lot of work done on our various houses. I am more detailed than most people and there was nothing about Mike's work that could be improved. His work was by far the best of any contractor we had used in the past. He showed up on time every day, he worked until his daily duties were completed, he cleaned up his worksite every day. The value, craftmanship, professionalism and just being a great guy is a rare combination to find today. We already have Mike scheduled to come back and do some more projects for us.
