I have been with NLM for over a year now. Mysha was the first coach to ever suggest that I get my blood work done, and then she helped walk me through what all of the different readings meant and how to horse correct some of the ones that needed attention. Something I learned from the lab work was that I was a much healthier person than I was given credit for. The changes that I needed were much smaller than that of what I was led to believe. Mysha, attention to detail is second to none, and her heart is truly invested in each and everyone of her clients!
