We had Platinum Restoration restore our home in 2011 after a major fire. We understand it’s been 11 years since the restoration but believe the issues we are experiencing should not be occurring over this period.In our master bath, our shower tile has been leaking for at least five years now. We have re-caulked several times but the situation has gotten worse. The lower tile is now bulging out from the walls indicating there is water behind the tiles.The ceiling in our basement has shown several water spots over the years from the leaking shower. The installation was not done properly as a professional bathroom remodeling company confirmed this.The grout work on our bathroom floor has cracked and that has needed to be replaced.Finally, we had premium kitchen cabinets and hardware prior to the restoration. The new cabinets Platinum Restoration installed are fine but the slow close sliders no longer work and the kitchen drawers no longer slide in straight.Service: Fire damage cleanup & repair
