Service Technician, Adam Lay #1621, was the best. He was here in a very short time of me placing my call to Roto-Rooter. Adam was very professional and polite. He listened to my problem, assessed the issue, and came up with a plan to resolve the problem and did it in a very timely manner. After my problem was solved, Adam started to clean the area he worked in as to not to leave a mess for me. My hope is that if I was to have to use Roto-Rooter in the future that I am able to get Adam Lay as my Service Tech.

Adam did a fantastic job today cleaning our main drain. He was knowledgeable and great to work with. He deserves a bonus for helping our family when two other companies couldn't get the job done. If i need service again i would ask for him to help me out. Awesome customer service.
