Wonderful experience all around! The facility itself is very clean, updated and beautifully decorated which makes you feel very welcome and comfortable! The reception staff are tremendously friendly and one of them (Megan) even went out of her way to log into her personal streaming service to put on a movie in the waiting area to help entertain my 3 young children as they switched in and out from getting their dental cleanings.Dr.Kottman is one of the kindest, patient and most comforting dentists you could have! I love the whole Pinnacle Dental Staff! Everyone is professional and personable.They make you feel welcome ☺️I highly recommend them. Crowns are done while you wait…no waiting while they send out the mold and waiting for it to come back. It is made on site…and they have Botox services!!! What more could you ask for?

All of the ladies from the front office, to the hygienists & dentist were so kind to my 2 year old & 3 year old. When we got in the car, my daughter asked, “can we go back to the dentist tomorrow?”
