I have been a patient here for years, and have referred several family members, which is why this experience has been so disappointing.

I received notice of same day cancellations for 10/23/2025, 3/30/2026, and 4/2/2026, but that is not accurate. The 10/23 appointment was not a cancellation, it was a treatment plan change when I was referred out for a root canal instead of having the tooth pulled.

For the other appointments, I did call each time, while it was under 24 hours, I did not no show. My child who has complex medical needs was sick, and I communicated that.

Beautiful, Beautiful Services rendered here. Professional Staff, Articulate Dental Assistants, Caring Dentists. Clean offices and lobby. Timeliness is of the essence at this location. All around Superb Services!

They are all very kind people. I had a great experience even though I had to get so much work done. They won't put you through insane pain. I got a referral to for sedation through surgery so I didn't have to have to endure excruciating pain if you're holding off on seeing a dentist because you're scared this is the place to go I promise you
