Well, Finished Basements Plus did it! They turned my 30 year old dirty cinder block basement into a showplace! It is absolutely beautiful.
Todd and his Team drywalled, painted ceiling, installed a new floor and carpet ( plus other things). Their work was top notch as I have had neighbors who have come in to see my new basement comment on the detail of their workmanship which they did not receive from their basement refinishing company.
Todd promised me that he and his Team would do the best job and they held to that promise. Always communicated next steps and followed required guidelines as far as permits/inspections.

Todd and his team did a fantastic job designing and transforming my basement into a comfortable & fully functional living space. This was something I envisioned for years but never saw it coming to life.
