Dr. Ravitskiy is wonderful. She explains everything very well. Her staff is great as well. I marked 1 star off for billing. Even if you have insurance, you have to pay up front. After insurance pays and tells you what you really owe. The difference isn't returned to you. At my next visit they ask for the full amount for the next visit, and I have to ask that my credit from my last visit be taken into consideration.

Dr. Ravitskiy saw me for a post-surgical follow up earlier than scheduled because I had some concerns. The receptionists on this team are exceptional and very helpful in scheduling or rescheduling. My wait was short. Dr. Ravitskiy listened to my concerns, asked questions, did a thorough exam of both surgical sites and made sure everything was in order for the scars to heal well. She’s thoughtful, doesn’t rush, clearly knows her stuff and communicates well and honestly. I highly recommend her to anyone for Mohs procedures.

Dr. Ravitskiy and her staff are outstanding. She is very talented, personable, and once again provided exemplar care. Areas she used a laser on are so much improved. Worth every penny!
