I've been complaining about losing my hair for years!!! Let me start off by saying I've been the BIGGEST SKEPTIC of hair loss treatments. I tried Keeps and Bosley and some expensive hair foam stuff... All of its BS. I came to Dr. Frank for FUE after I was recommended to him by a friend who'd been helped by him 15+ years ago. I met thousands of people in my line of work and leet me just say Dr. John Frank is one of the kindest most laid back people I've ever met. I felt completely comfortable and confident having him and his team work on my head; tho I must say I was a bit nervous right before the procedure. It's important to note that Dr. John Frank does both FUE & FUT procedures so when he told me FUE was better for me (yay, no scarring!) I knew with complete confidence he wasn't just steering me in that direction because of an agenda or anything. Janet his assistant couldn't have been any nicer and more supportive in every aspect. BELIEVE IT OR NOT THIS PROCEDURE WASN'T PAINFUL. When I looked at my head after the procedure I would've figured I'd be in more pain but I wasn't. The worst part of this whole ordeal was that I had to wear a hat for a while (big deal right) + Janet told me I couldn't go on my speedboat but we made an agreement that I could go on as long as I wear a bucket hat while on the boat. So many of my friends have been wanting to get this procedure done but they haven't because they've been afraid of the pain/ procedure/ recovery. I got my procedure done a week ago and the whole ordeal has been a piece of cake; so far so good! Dr. John Frank actually brought my hair line down further than expected which was a bonus. My biggest complaint is I was a little bored while on the operating table + I had to wear a hat for a bit. I was not paid to write this review. Again I'd like to thank Dr. John Frank, Janet, Cary & the rest of the team Update: it’s now been just over a year and my hair looks great! I still can’t believe this is all real! Isn’t technology amazing. I was 90% sure all of this was a bunch of nonsense before I got the procedure done but I knew everything else was pretty much a hoax so I figured what do I got to lose. Anyway I’m really happy it all worked out. Thanks again

I'm two years out now from my procedure and I can tell you without a doubt that this was THE best decision I ever made. Dr. Frank is one of the best. I did my due diligence and landed at Dr. Frank after interviewing several people. Dr. Frank gave me a natural looking hairline and at 51 I'm exactly where I want to be with my hair-thanks to him.
