“I can not say enough good things about our experience with Schoedinger Margarum Northeast upon the passing of my mother. I almost never post reviews, but Schoedinger so outperformed all expectations I had that I am compelled to write this review. From the MINUTE we met Hailey Guzma, our director, I knew we were in good hands. The entire staff is compassionate beyond measure. Hailey in particular made a very difficult situation as seamless as could be expected. Hailey is professional when she needs to be professional, compassionate when she needs to be compassionate, and sensitive when she needs to be sensitive. Her communication is impeccable. We were never left “wondering,” and had responses literally instantly. Hailey’s most common reply is, “No worries. We’ll take care of that for you.” And she followed through, every time. And, I have to say, Hailey responded to messages on her days off, and even attended our funeral Mass on her day off, to make sure all was in order. And on the day of the funeral Mass, we were surrounded by Schoedinger staff, including Randy Schoedinger who made a point of being present and greeting us. We buried my mother in Pittsburgh and Schoedinger managed that entire process for us, again, seamlessly. I will definitely use the professional services of Schoedinger Margarum Northeast again, and my wife and I will be planning our own transitions with Schoedinger. Really, I can’t say enough good about our experience. Hailey, thank you for all you accomplished for us, and for the soft and caring manner with which you helped us. Truly you are a gem among gems.“

“Resurrection Cemetery is a beautiful well maintained Catholic cemetery in Lewis Center, Ohio. There is a portion of the cemetery dedicated to babies which is a wonderful service and a blessing for families in need of this service. The staff is very caring and very helpful. If we were local, my husband and I would definitely consider this cemetery for our end of life needs.“

“After the loss of our mother we had the pleasure of working with two of the best employees of Cook and Son's funeral home. Sheila and Travis took us under their wings and provided 1st class service walking us through the end of life process.
They came to the house when mom passed and made sure she was transported in a respectful and caring way to the funeral home.
Sheila was available 24/7 to answer any questions I had about the cremation process.
Travis and Sheila were also there 1st hand to help me write the obituary.
Not only did they perform their job, they also sent encouring uplifting, inspirational messages to help me get through the process.

“Families first was very helpful. We came from another state to get my son’s remains. They worked with us. They helped us understand everything they checked up on us afterwards they answered any question we had weather we thought it was stupid question. They did not believe it was stupid question.
