I feel like in today's market Ed is underselling himself. But for that I am greatful. A close friend of mine, Had a SIL pass away unexpectedly. No kids, No life insurance, Nothing to sell to help with costs, and No parents to help. So it fell on Her and her husband to pay for everything. Ed came through, Gave them a Low down price.
