Our representative was compassionate and somewhat knowledgeable being her first week. I had an issue with the obituary. My Mother’s brother was left out erroneously. I would suggest the representative help the client write the obituary or at the very least proof it before it is published.***Updated review*** Communication is everything. I spoke with Lori our representative about the first rating. She is still taking care of me and my sister. She will correct the obit and publish it on the 1 year anniversary. My hat is off to this exceptional service. Thank you Lori and Diehl-Whittaker.
