I have had ghe system for over 2 years now and decided I should test it . I hit the test button and with in seconds I had Lynn asking me if I was ok and if needed any emergency assistance. She called me by name and. Was so calm and a true. Angel to talk to . . She walked me through resetting the machine and answered all my questions with confidence which gives me reassurance living alone and being disabled .
