“I wanted to take this time to let everyone know my amazing experience with McDaniels Heating And Cooling I had today. I had called them this morning and they told me someone would call me back to set an appointment. I waited till 1:30 without a callback and called them back but no one answered. So I decided to call a different company. Once I called someone else, I got a call back from McDaniels. And once I told him that I had never got a call back, he had apologized profusely and took total responsibility. When I said I had gotten a different company to come out on Thursday, but if he could get out sooner than that, he said let me work on that and he would call me back. Not only did he call me back within 10 minutes while he was out of town, he made sure someone was at my house that night and fixed my AC.
No business is perfect. Sometimes things slip through the cracks and customers don't get a call back. It's how that business manages that issue that makes the difference. McDaniels went over and above to keep me as a customer. I would have been fine if they could have come out the next day, but they did better than that. THATS WHAT MAKES A SUCESSFUL BUSINESS. McDaniels did everything to make sure I was taken care of with working AC. Not only will I remain a customer of theirs, I will recommend them to everyone who needs heating and cooling.“

“WOW i read all of the reviews about this company and im stunned and its hard to believe Jim has a bad review. I had 3 local AC companies come out to price out a new AC for a 2400 sq ft home. Im not here to bash any others but Wilbur & Son pricing was 2100 on one cheaper and 3000.00 on the other using the same equipment. They were prompt and i have nothing but gratitude to Jim the owner for having done a great job at a great price as well.“
