Another review - John came out today to do some seasonal maintenance. He is always extremely polite and professional. He always explains everything thoroughly on a level that I can actually understand. I am never uncomfortable with Bowers coming into my house and can always trust that the work they complete is top tier.
I had Bowers come out this past Monday and then again today for two separate reason - each time the team was SO professional and very friendly. Great Service! Called Bowers the day before at closing about to having any heat because something was wrong with the furnace. They sent a team out the next morning, first thing to handle our issue. They were polite, quick, and kept me informed throughout the process. Thank you all!
