Jack's Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing Inc.

Craig was our plumber who helped us from Jack’s, and he did a great job taking care of my bathroom sink issue. Very knowledgeable and prompt. I had some very old shutoff valves, and a leaking faucet with broken handles that all needed replaced. Craig went above and beyond by installing a new P-trap with a vent attached since our pipes would gurgle every time the toilet flushes. He even repositioned the shutoff valve pipes in a way that makes both the hot and cold water pipes easier to access based on the type of vanity we had. And the price we paid was fairly reasonable. One of the best experiences I had with a plumber here in Findlay!

I've used Jack's twice now, in the past several years. Both service calls were handled quickly, professionally, and to my full satisfaction. The most recent technician went above and beyond! This company was the ONLY company, after reaching out to several, that responded promptly, addressed all of my concerns and questions, and provided a competitive pricing quote. Highly recommend!
