Shout out to my service guy, Eric, from Knueve & Sons! Have had him service our air conditioner and furnace several times over the years. He's punctual, polite, friendly, and gets the problem under control or fixed! ❤️I like that he comes in happy and listens to our explanation. Thank you Eric for your kindness and knowledge..... And for liking and tolerating Gibbs!!!🦴🦴🐾 Kudos also to Knueves in general, for ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS helping us!

While on our trip to the west coast, we reached out to Knueve & Sons, coordinating everything by phone from 2,000 miles away. They were able to inspect the furnace and A/C and give us a quote for a new system the same day. Mike Knueve came to my house and reviewed my options for a new heating/cooling system for my home. He gave me estimates on different systems and he answered my questions. Day of installation Bob and Rob from Knueve came and worked to install the new system and they were very polite and patient, on time and cleaned the area they were working in my basement when finished. 2 days later Mark from Knueve came back out and went over a couple more questions I had about the new digital thermostat. Once again, he was very patient and he took me through the steps of each screen. Overall I give the Knueve and Sons and their service technicians a 5 star rating. Excellent service!
