My wife and I couldn’t believe our bad luck when our furnace died the night before we were to leave for Christmas vacation. We were able to get a quote for replacing both our furnace and air conditioner (which died a few months prior) from another vendor, but it seemed expensive for a lesser-known brand. While on our trip to the west coast, we reached out to Knueve & Sons, coordinating everything by phone from 2,000 miles away. They were able to inspect the furnace and A/C and give us a quote for a new system the same day. Mike Knueve came to my house and reviewed my options for a new heating/cooling system for my home. He gave me estimates on different systems and he answered my questions. Day of installation Bob and Rob from Knueve came and worked to install the new system and they were very polite and patient, on time and cleaned the area they were working in my basement when finished. 2 days later Mark from Knueve came back out and went over a couple more questions I had about the new digital thermostat. Once again, he was very patient and he took me through the steps of each screen. Overall I give the Knueve and Sons and their service technicians a 5 star rating. Excellent service!
