“First of all for anyone who is planning on replacing their roof I highly recommend Bernecker Brothers. The whole process was great. Initially we called due to a leak we had in our roof. The contractor explained that due to the age of our roof, about 20 years old, that repair it isn’t possible as it would probably cause issues in the vicinity of the repair. We then requested a quote to replace the roof, and it seemed to be a fair quote and in the range we expected, but we decided to shop around and look at our options. Long story short BB came in with a very competitive price, plus the shingles they offered better quality and warranty than the competition. Although we waited a little bit for the installation to happen due to the amount of customers ahead of us and weather delays due to snow and weather, eventually the day came, we waited about two months from when we signed the contract, not bad at all. The crew came out at 7:00 AM laid out tarps to catch the trash from the old roof and had the old roof stripped by 8:30 AM. Then they replaced about 6 sheets of roof decking and then started installing the new roof almost immediately. The roof was completed by about 3 PM and when I say completed this includes the clean up, I haven’t found a piece of trash or nail as of yet and I have been in the yard. This has been an awesome experience and I strongly recommend anyone looking to replace their roof to call Bernecker Brothers. It is a quality company that does quality work, with quality contractors supplying the labor. We are planing on using BB for our gutter and siding replacement next.“

“I was really glad to find Precious Roofing.They did a lot of work for me! I needed urgent removal of old caulking and placement of new caulking around all the windows of my house. It's really hard to find someone to do this and to do it well. Most companies won't touch it or just want to slap new caulk on top of the old, which can fail. When the weather was right, a team of three came out on a Saturday and spent 8 hours removing and reinstalling all the caulking around my windows with thick, durable QuadMax caulk. I was very grateful. They also installed vinyl soffit, ventilated soffit where needed, and covered the fascia boards in painted white aluminum. There was damaged vinyl siding on the back that needed replacing. Tuck point repairs were done on exterior and interior brick, and vinyl exterior dentil molding installed. Old silicone was removed from brick where a sunroom was. Last but not least, the concrete cap of the chimney needed replacing, and in the process, the installation errors of the original builders were fixed.
Precious Roofing did a great job all around and I would highly recommended them to my neighbors and colleagues.“

He went into the attic and let us know of another issue he found that needed attention - improper venting of our bathroom vents. Then he came back out two more times once we removed the ceiling in the closet to help look and figure out the leak. he helped us spray water over that entire roof area, found the leak was not the roof, but a plumbing issue.
