“My sliding patio door was getting difficult to open. 3 times the sliding door slid off the track. I called Mike at Pella, a woman called to schedule a service appointment. 9/18/25 between 12-2. I received a call from Rick (Pella Service Tech) at 9:55 AM to ask if he could come sooner since he is ahead of schedule. This rarely happens. I said sure since I was home. He said he should be here by 10:20AM. Rick arrived at 10:15, Pella truck, dressed in Pella uniform with identification and name on shirt. Very polite, kind and courteous. He adjusted my sliding patio door and was finished and left by 10:45. I am very happy with the ease of opening my sliding door. Thank you Rick.“

Amazing staff, the person that came out for the estimate was friendly, informative and straight forward with their pricing unlike the other 2 estimates we had. Window crew was excellent, cleaned up immaculate after themselves ( I am a stickler on cleanliness ) Same with the entry door crew install, same crew, same amazing result!
