“Jacob had knocked on my door when I was in the middle of doing an insurance claim for storm damage on my roof. He was doing what an intelligent company would do and looking for customers who needed their type of service. He noticed the damage and answered all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. I had dealt with claims on my roof before by myself and was not satisfied with the results because the insurance companies can be extremely difficult. I was slightly skeptical because of the canvassing nature (door knocking) that we had met. But it made sense for their business and it seemed appropriate for a go getter type of company and representative. I thought it might be a good idea to have someone else who would be more motivated and knowledgeable to handle the claim this time. Jacob was extremely knowledgeable and motivated. I let him handle the claim and he was all over it from the start. He talked to the adjuster throughout the process and I barely had to do anything. My roof was repaired to code whereas there was a problem from previous repairs that he addressed. The insurance did not want to pay for repairs because of inconsistencies from the previous repairs and he handled the many problems that arose. In the end I did not get a new roof but I did get a lot more than I would've gotten without him. In my opinion he worked extremely hard to get everything he could so the repairs were done right and to code so there will not be problems in the future. He had gotten the mistakes from the previous repairs fixed with no cost out of pocket! Would recommend absolutely!“
