The Gentleman was very professional and explained what the issue was and showed me the problem and fixed it I appreciate him coming out to our rescue of ice and water in our refrigerator again

This company is AMAZING!The staff are highly qualified, and very professional. They far exceeded my expectations.Jim Grothouse has a philosophy that people always comes first.I highly recommend Grothouse heating and plumbing.

It took a minute to get a quote for the job. They were out December 30th i believe and they came back out in February, we received our quote in March. Once we received the quote for the work they were very quick to get the items in, and to get the work done! We had expected a lot of rain in the days following the work so it seemed as if they had all the manpower they could muster up to come out and get the job done before the rain. Jim was very helpful in explaining what we needed done, whereas other plumbing companies never even brought in a camera and guessed, saying we "probably" needed a new drainage system around the house.The price range was exactly what we had...read full review
