When I found Sand Dollar Music as a burnt out nursing student, I found a family. We were still doing Zoom lessons then, but Christin and Coleman were superb at teaching through the online platform. Transitioning to in-person lessons eventually was such a delight. I love their passion for their art and the all-around encouraging and uplifting culture that Sand Dollar Music cultivates. I can also say I truly benefited from the way the teachers make music accessible to the average person and the adult learner! During my time as a student with Sand Dollar Music, both Christin and Coleman went above and beyond to help me with two very special projects — reaching far past their role as musical instructors. There will always be a special place in my heart for this place and these beautiful people. Thank you for creating such an oasis in little Dayton, Ohio!
Daughter absolutely loves working with Coleman, she started with voice lessons and now is learning the piano. The dedication he shows to his students is amazing. Glad we chose to become part of the Sand Dollar Family
