Very professional, and I have never left her chair unsatisfied. Takes the time to answer questions and explain her professional opinion on what’s best for your hair. I appreciate the quickness of her services, she doesn’t take a million breaks or on the phone. Never drama, never not showed up, explains her policy and process from the beginning so there are no miscommunication. Last but not least reasonable and fair prices for her quality of work.
