Aristocrat installed a remote controlled patio cover at my parents place, the motor has burned out several times. At first they were responsive and interested in helping fix the hardware they installed, but eventually stopped calling us back when things broke again.
We were in the market for a patio enclosure. We got 4 estimates and were very surprised at the cost. In the end we went with Aristocrat and are very happy with the enclosure. The quality of the product and craftsmanship are outstanding. We recommend them if your looking for a patio enclosure.
We had a screen room installed. Hari handled the details and some were more challenging then others but the end result was great! The installers Steve and Keith were professional, polite and on time. My next upgrade will be doors and I’ll be asking Aristrocrate to help with that!
