“I earned a 1st degree Blackbelt under the instruction of Kiel Soon Park at Park’s Judo & Karate in 1983. He was a skilled instructor, who also taught through his mentorship life lessons that I apply to this day. He is a wonderful, caring human being.”
“I enrolled my 8 year old son in Zahands’ New Beginners Karate class, and we’ve had a great experience so far! The instructors are patient, encouraging and teach smooth, effective techniques that are easy for beginners to learn. The pricing is also very reasonable. Highly recommend Zahands for any young beginner!”
“We absolutely love this martial arts studio! As a parent of both a 5-year-old and a 13-year-old, finding a place that caters perfectly to both age groups is rare. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient with the younger kids while still challenging the older ones. The exceptional discipline my children are learning here shows in their everyday lives. On top of the high-quality instruction, the pricing is incredibly reasonable across the board—including tuition, testing fees, tournaments, and gear. The organization of the school is impeccable, and the cleanliness of the studio is always wonderful. It has a warm, family environment that makes us feel at home every time we walk through the door. I cannot recommend this studio enough!”
