I thought Erik was great. I was at work and he explained what was going on and gave me options to avoid having to put a new hot water tank in but ultimately it was the right call to replace. He got it done quickly and when some sediment had gotten into the shower line he came back out a day later and fixed that issue too. Very happy with the service. I even like the receptionist answering the phone “How can I brighten your day!” Usually when I call a plumber someone answers who sounds like a 1930’s mobster wanting to collect a debt. It was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely call again when I need anything plumbing related.
Roto-Rooter Medina has helped us out numerous times. Our house is full of “Easter eggs” that keep appearing. We just had a leaky upstairs tub that was recently remodeled. The plumber today was able to go in from the downstairs bathroom to prevent any damage to the new remodel. He was here for close to 4 hours and made sure it was done right. This was just the latest positive experience we have had with them. Highly recommend them!

Broke down in the parking lot blew a water pump repaired it on site. Haven’t had a problem since very kind and courteous reasonably priced. We will be going back for our change oil changes from now on.

Storm Damage Consultants came out to replace a few shingles that blew off my roof. The contractor walked around my property and found damage from the wind storm that I didn’t even notice! We called the insurance company and set up an appointment for them to do an inspection, contractor met up with insurance and got my roof and siding completely replaced! I hope I never need them again, but if I do I’m calling Mike at Storm Damage!
Happy Paws is a great option if you live nearby, and easy to get to and park at. They're open until 6:30 pm on weekdays, which really fits my work schedule.. Their rates are very affordable and you can buy packages to save. A 24 pack of daycare days for $360 is a steal. My dog Frida has been coming here since last summer 4-5 days a week and it lets her get her social and play fix rather than staying home in an apartment. The staff is friendly and know each of the dogs well. They also have an outdoor yard in the back when the weather is nice.

Beautiful set of nails but my goodness prepare for them to be on for life. After 5 weeks decided they needed to go. Took many hours of soaking in pure acetone and dental floss/cuticle pusher to remove.
