“We love Zahand’s Martial Arts! They are so welcoming and kind to every person who walks through the door. My son truly loves going to his classes each week and has learned so much. The staff and instructors are so incredible with every student. My son has some neurodivergence, and not once has he been made to feel ashamed or like he isn’t good enough to be there. If our schedule allowed, my son would go to class every day if he could. I looked at other martial arts studios in the area, but what sold me on Zahand’s is that is truly a small business and run by a family. I was not interested in attending a franchise studio. We definitely made the right decision by attending Zahand’s. Every single instructor is such a great role model for my son and I never feel uncomfortable leaving him in their care. “Staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. They encourage drop ins and encourage their students to drop into other gyms as well. You'd be hard pressed to find another gym with the availability that is at top level. They make it so no matter your schedule there is a class for you. There is an actual progression structure and knowledge test for rank, while some other gyms tend to give promotion based solely off of time in service.”
