I want to commend Mark Crosby for our visit this week from Durable Slate. I have always had great experiences with their firm, but this week was well above average. Mark arrived promptly, and was very knowledgeable about what the cause of our slate tile issue was. Although he was only at our home to take a look, he shared that his background had been in the install and repair of slate roofs, so he hopped up to our roof, and took care of the issue while he was already here at our home! The level of service, and customer support we received this week from Mark was absolutely outstanding! I strongly endorse Mark as a professional, and his team for residential needs.
Great place to deliver, people are respectful and nice here in and out in less than 30 minutes. Shout-out to Darren for unloaded me and last but not least, there is no overnight parking there.
