My son had his evaluation over two months ago and now we'll continue to wait until actual OT spots are available, so my review is on that experience. We had the first evaluation appointment of the day at the main location, the floor was dark and abandoned which was uncomfortable and could have had better communication. The actual evaluation went well, the provider was knowledgeable and clear communication, time to answer questions. She was great and connected well with my son. Rating also reflects the length of time between eval and start of therapy. I think that could have both been communicated more clearly when scheduling the eval appointment.
