No major issues with the therapist or staff (slight condescending conversation over the phone but I will not name them as people have bad days). Therapist were very helpful and patient. My only issue is the lack of transparency with billing from the front desk staff. I typically ask a lot of questions to ensure im not ripped off in life and in this case I was. I asked multiple times if insurance covered the appointments and was told yes. I was never told the amount and met with an outrageous bill over a 1000. Had it been explained the cost and what insurance would cover, I WOULD NOT HAVE ATTENDED ANY OF THE SESSIONS. Make sure you ask what your insurance will cover...read full review
