A year ago, a doctor recommended that if I did anything she suggested, it would be to contact Mindy Haren. I had tried physical therapy for the side effects from radiation and my mastectomy but I didn't see much improvement. After working with Mindy, I have seen a vast improvement on my shoulder and by using myofascial release, she has made a significant difference in my recovery from breast cancer surgeries. Of course, also being a marathoner, other issues have popped up along the way which Mindy supported with amazing care. She is extremely caring, kind and gentle with everything she does. I highly recommend her.

Mindy at Goodman Performance Therapy was great to work with. I scheduled an evaluation for my neck pain, and she was able to pinpoint the problem and created a recommended treatment schedule. After treatment my neck pain is gone, and I continue to remain pain free.

I went to see Mindy for pain in my heel. I had suffered with this pain for at least 6 months. She explained how myofascial release therapy can help with over all body mechanics that help address the source of my pain. After a few sessions and addressing tightness in my hips and back, and also learning stretches that are the most effective for my needs, my foot pain gradually became less. I am now able to wear shoes without needing my expensive shoe inserts and my heal pain went away.
