As a mom of one very particular boy, haircuts have not always been easy for us. He knows what he likes, he knows what he does NOT like, and finding someone who understands that has been such a relief. We loved our hair dresser but she is moving to Arizona so it was imperative we find a new one.

Ms. Tammy was patient, kind, and made him feel comfortable right away. She listened to what he wanted, took her time, and gave him a cut he felt confident about. That part means everything to me as a mom.

The shop has such a welcoming vibe, and you can tell Ms. Tammy takes pride in her work. We walked out happy, and my son has already made it clear that this is his spot from now on.

“My husband and I have been going to LC Relaxation Spa for the past two years, and I can honestly say some of the best massages/couples massages, we’ve ever had are right here in our own city.

And when I say we’ve had massages all over the world… I mean literally everywhere — from Dubai, the Maldives, Jamaica, Mexico, jungle spas, luxury resorts, and all the extra bougie experiences you can imagine. Yet somehow, the massages we look forward to the most are at LC Relaxation Spa.

A couple of years ago, my husband randomly booked us a massage there on a whim, and we were completely blown away. Ever since then, we’ve been hooked.

Kelly is my massage therapist, and Nina is my husband’s. My husband constantly says Nina gives the best massages he’s ever had, and I say the exact same thing about Kelly. We both carry so much stress and tension in our bodies from life, work, and just everyday responsibilities, and somehow every single time we leave there, we feel completely relaxed, reset, and rejuvenated… honestly wishing we could stay longer. ?

My husband speaks so highly of Nina and looks forward to every appointment with her, and I completely understand why because I feel the exact same way about Kelly. She may be tiny, but her hands are MIGHTY. ? She knows every part of my body at this point — what I like, what I don’t like, where I hold tension — she even somehow knows exactly what my body needs before I do.

At the end of every massage, she’ll place pressure on certain points on my stomach and somehow release tension I didn’t even realize I was carrying. I honestly can’t explain what she does, but every single time she knows exactly where to focus and exactly what to do. It’s like she can literally read my body. She notices the smallest details too — if I’ve taken a ring off, changed my nail color, little things most people would never pay attention to. That level of care and attentiveness is rare these days.

And every single time, I end up so relaxed that I fall asleep… and I’m pretty sure I snore too. ? I actually get mad at myself for falling asleep because I want to remember every single touch and every part of the massage, but I fight the sleep and can never win because I’m just THAT relaxed.

LC Relaxation Spa has become our little treat to ourselves. We try to go at least twice a month, sometimes even three. It’s become part of our birthdays, Valentine’s Day, anniversaries, and honestly just part of our self-care in general. Even if we’re traveling somewhere for our anniversary, we still make sure we schedule a massage either before we leave or immediately when we come back home. ?

The level of attentiveness, care, consistency, and kindness they provide is unmatched.

Honestly, part of me doesn’t even want to tell everyone how amazing they are because I don’t want them getting so booked up that they don’t have time for us anymore. ? But they absolutely deserve every bit of recognition.
