Jaina is super friendly and quickly made me feel comfortable during my first hair cut. I got there feeling very self conscious about my crazy and frizzy hair and she was able to get it back to life and make it look better than ever! Jaina is the first stylist I have let cut or touch my hair in over a decade. I have curly grey hair that has been a sensitive subject for me nearly my entire life--even moreso after having my daughter. Getting my haircut professionally was one of my Final Bosses of Fear, and I chose Ceremony after searching for Columbus stylists who could handle curly hair. I played it as cool as I could, but Jaina's care and cut has shifted something in me that needed to be moved.
