Had a great appointment at the women’s center. Everyone I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. I also got labs before I left at the Quest location housed inside this location. I wanted to give a shoutout to Nakesha, as she was fabulous. She joked with me and made me feel comfortable, even after all the vials of blood she had to take. Great experience, would recommend this location to others.

Billing department and administrative failures overshadowed our entire experience.

We had a self-pay agreement (for reimbursement through Carrot Fertility), which UH repeatedly ignored, resulting in improper billing to our primary insurance (Cigna) without our consent. Despite months of emails, calls, and escalations to UH’s billing team and leadership, they refused to correct their error. Instead, they sent an undue copay/deductible debt to collections (First Credit Inc.) long after our reimbursement benefits expired.

First and last time I’ll use this clinic. My doctor was good, but horribly rushed. My appointment was at 9:15 am, how on earth are they already so behind that my doctor was almost 45 minutes late to my appointment. Came flying into the room with apologies and was great while I had her attention, but it became very clear that she had to get to her next appointment and rushed me out of the door before we had discussed everything.

Beyond my doctor, every person I talked to was frazzled and confused. They had me scheduled for the wrong type of appointment, couldn’t answer my questions about follow up appointments and were all having technical difficulties. Very...read full review
