I had a very frustrating experience at this location (Dental office at 12:00 pm 3/30/26) . I brought my son in for a scheduled appointment, and the front desk refused to check us in because I didn’t have my physical insurance card—even though our insurance is already on file.

What made the situation worse was the receptionist’s response—she stated, “this is how we get paid,” instead of trying to help or verify the insurance another way. It came across as dismissive and unprofessional.

UH billing and office separation is insane. People work all over and live in completely different places, so why can we not take our kids when they are sick to a location that is most convenient for a sick kid and a working parent. Also it’s $400 for a provider visit but $900 just to use your facility. Ummm come again? No one does that, that’s insane. I’ve lived in 5 metropolitan areas now and this is ridiculous compared to others. How do you get off charging ppl $900 on top of the cost of the visit just because we were there? This is just another failure of the health care system that will hopefully and likely lead to their demise. People won’t stand for this...read full review
