But other than that the docs were curteous and very informative and kept me updated throughout the process
Super grateful to Krisha and the team. I showed up at midtown not realizing my son's appointment was at main campus. Krisha advocated for him and was able to squeeze him in anyway! I know how rare this is because usually they are booked six months out! I can't promise that this could happen every time, but the people here will advocate for your child. Thank you team!
The dentist accurately addressed my daughter’s oral issues. I chose fours stars because I really don’t enjoy talking to the receptionists. They always sound unpleasant like I’m bothering them or they hate being there. That is a pet peeve of mine.
It was also hot, crowded and a very long wait. Then a rushed appointment because they are so overbooked. My 2 year old was all over the place. The dental assistants were very nice, trying to help me keep him distracted so thank you to them.
