About UH Cleveland Medical Center
UH Cleveland Medical Center is recognized as a leading health care facility in Northeast Ohio, dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered medical care. The center features a comprehensive network of primary care physicians, outpatient centers, and specialty care services, including skilled nursing and behavioral health support. While many patients have praised the attentive and dedicated staff, there have been notable concerns regarding the emergency department's wait times and safety. Some patients reported long waits, with one individual noting an 11-hour stay, and even longer for others. Incidents outside the emergency department have raised alarms among patients, suggesting a need for improved security measures. Despite these challenges, many reviews highlight exceptional care and compassion from the nursing staff. Patients have expressed gratitude for the attentive care they received during their stays, with specific praises for nurses who went above and beyond to ensure comfort. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, UH Cleveland Medical Center remains a place where many feel they receive world-class care and support during difficult times.
The negligence Of University hospitals has gotten out of control, The only thing that university hospitals like to do is tell you that You are OK or what they like to tell you to do is all you need to go see the specialist and then that specialist sends you to another specialist then that one sent you to another , University hospitals like to employ some of the rudest non-compassionate Doctors I have ever witnessed , in mind you, this is not easy for me to write because UH has saved my life in the past, which is why with one of my recent accidents that I had had I chose to go to UH until I caught onto the negligence and the fact that they just blatantly did not care...read full review
My mom and I were in Er for over 11 hours. I writing this review while still here. Another lady had been here 11pm the day before totalling 18hours before she officially went to the back. Another man had hemorrhaging on the brain after CT scan and was still in waiting room. The worse part, a fight occurred outside the emergency department and spooned over to the entrance. UH police came but didn't make them leave after beating this man for stabbing a woman. It was alarming to the patients inside. A few hours later, the accused family came to retaliate. It was a mess with patients being treated with vitals on the waiting area. I do not want to ever go to Main campus Er...read full review
Marissa at Lakeside 50 was SO attentive and kind to patient Aaron Baughman during his week stay there. Nurses give their ALL to a tiring job of taking care of their patients. (I had 10 surgeries, and it was the nurses that made sure I was comfortable.) women like her don’t get enough credit for their devotion. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
