I had previous arrangements to do a pickup at a certain time. I even called back to verify everything. As soon as I got there, and she saw that I was white, she put her hands-on her hips, gave me an attitude and flat out lied to me and told me that I couldn't do the pickup because the program ended at eleven o'clock even though we had made arrangements to meet at twelve. At the time we made the arrangement she never said that I had to be black in order to be part of the program, Nor did it say so on the application when I applied. She didn't even apologize for her mistake. Very rude person.
