Today was the worst experience I ever had in my life far as healthcare. Started off at Collinwood location where everyone I spoke with was pleasant and quickly to take care of my needs.I was told to go see Edwina Simmons (OB/GYN)at the East Cleveland Location where I always go and everyone is always nice and pleasant. I love Dr. Coats. She’s always very professional. She may be a little slow, but she’s a good doctor. The young lady Bree walked me into the room and told me to get undressed from the waist down, so that’s what I did. 15 minutes later when Edwina Simmons came into the room, I complemented her on her hair. Spoke with Dr. Simmons today via phone. Very rude. I asked about portal and results not being posted after receiving them over the phone the day before she replies “ maybe it’s you” very condescending and not helpful
Web portal states free or low cost dental services depending on individual circumstances. When you ask the individual who answers the phone she acts completely clueless and when you repeat back to her exactly as she stated she again acts clueless ?? . Do you NOT work at the address on this website? Are you NOT answering the phone at the number on the website? Like You work in the hood but legit dont have to act like it and that goes for every worker there!
