This place sucks! I cannot believe how unorganized and just awful it is. No body cares. Whatsoever. You’ll sit for HOURS WHILE DR WILLIAMS TALKS LOUDLY AND GOSSIPS ON THE PHONE! He is beyond unprofessional. Currently reporting him to the board. He’s an awful doctor and neon should fired him.
NEON Superior health clinic has professional caring staff. In my experience at the Superior clinic-I found the clinicians to be patient centric; knowledgeable and thorough. Drs Smoot (Pediatrician), Jordan, (Dentist), and Redden (Adult Medicine) are the absolute BEST.
This is the worst experience I have had in my life at a Neon facility. Patient portal has to be new because only one person has any idea of how it works. Took a test that I still haven't received the results on and when I called to speak to the doctor I was told she is out of the office for the day. Meanwhile I can't return to my daily obligations without these results. My entire leg could be hanging off and I wouldn't go back there! Absolutely ridiculous!
