Ray came out to assess our situation with our furnace. Please be sure to call early in the day. The normal service charge is $98.00. If you call after I believe 4, you pay $139.00 for a service charge, and it continues to increase the later you go. Ray immediately knew what our issue was. He diagnosed our issue within five minutes. Reputable company that I have used for years.
