Very professional and responsive they got hired through my select home warranty when select send me a review it stated it was a review on select not A and A so I’m putting the correct review for this company.Karen is so nice and responsive she went the extra mile because my home warranty would not work with me so Karen sent out Al a very nice and honest man with the most experience he knew right away what the problem was and he came out here free of charge due to the run around with select home warranty a lot of companies would not do that for a customer but A and A did. A&A heating and cooling charges customers credit card fees on all transactions. This is a business expense and if they choose to pass it on to it should be included in their jobs not a separate fee.A&A was sent to my house by choice home warranty. They were helpful and friendly on the phone however their technicians were not top-notch. All they needed to do was replace a ceiling fan in my bedroom. Technician let me know he was done and ready to go after examining his work I found the assembly wobbling and making a clicking sound. He made some adjustments before he left but there is still movement when the fan is on.Service: Fan repair
Clint was amazing. Professional, friendly and quick. I read all the bad reviews and was very hesitant, but I'm glad we went with this company. They even offered to come earlier than the scheduled time. Our heat is up and running well. Although we are waiting on a part to finish the job. I'll update this review when our part is installed
