The death of a loved one is never easy no matter what the circumstance. Gaines Funeral Home recently handled arrangements for my mom, Annie L. Johnson. Ms Gaines patiently provided her guidance and wisdom in helping us choose the best option for our loved one. She listened to our wishes and executed our vision in providing a service befitting our Queen! Ms Gaines went above and beyond in exceeding our expectations. The entire staff showed compassion in addressing each of our needs. We are eternally grateful to the Gaines family for making this difficult and painful journey bearable.Elaine M. Johnson
