They went over and above in so many ways, such as Jonathan emailing me my moms fingerprints when I told him simply in a 30 second passing that I would probably be calling to request them. He also made the most beautiful slide show we not expect. They dotted every “I” and crossed every “T”. Aaron reminded me of a comforting priest, so I was not surprised that he originally started out in seminary school. Such a kind and thoughtful man that I felt generally cared about. Jason really helped us make numerous decisions less overwhelming and lightened up the mood a bit, which he could tell was what we needed at that time. They were always available to answer many questions from 3 different family members, often the same repeat questions and were still extremely kind and patient with us. They spent a lot of time on us. All of the staff Charles, Hallie, and Greg they were very helpful. They serviced us in every way they could. They made me feel like I was not bothering them with last minute changes. Very sympathetic with the passing of our mom. They also were very patient, informative, and welcoming. Also letting all her children help plan the services and adjusting things to their liking.
